How do I find my driver at SJD airport?
You receive the exact meeting point by WhatsApp before you arrive. Your driver waits outside with a sign showing your name. Nobody who approaches you inside the arrivals hall is your driver.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flight is monitored using the number you provide. The pickup moves to the new arrival time at no extra charge for an airline delay.
Is the transportation private?
Yes. The vehicle is for your group only. No other passengers are collected and no other hotel stops are added.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, with advance notice. Tell Kevin the age and weight of the child when booking so the correct seat is fitted.
Can we stop for groceries?
Yes. It is a common request on the way to a villa. The stop is agreed in advance and reflected in your quote.
Can I hire a driver for the full day?
Yes. Many visitors book the airport transfer and then add hourly driving for dinners, beach clubs and shopping.
Do you serve private villas and gated communities?
Yes. Send the community name and villa number when booking so gate access is arranged before you arrive.
How far in advance should I book?
Sooner is better, particularly in high season and on wedding weekends. Last minute requests are taken subject to availability.
